We support working families and ALICE households — neighbors who earn above the poverty line but still fall short of what it costs to live. We bridge the gap between surviving and thriving by combining meal support with education and economic mobility.

The HR Nest Foundation is committed to strengthening family stability by addressing food insecurity, time poverty, and access to opportunity for working families in Hendricks County, Indiana. Through hot, prepared meals, STEM and AI education, financial literacy, and workforce development, we empower individuals, support families, and create pathways to long-term economic stability and success.

    Human Resources and Compensation strategist with over 10 years of experience in workforce strategy, compensation analysis, and career development across both public and private sectors.

  • Elisa Baptiste

    TREASURER

    U.S. Army veteran with over 20 years of honorable service, bringing exceptional leadership, to the Foundation. As Treasurer, she oversees budgeting, financial reporting, and stewardship of funds, ensuring resources are effectively aligned with the Foundation’s mission to serve and uplift communities.

    VICE PRESIDENT

    Supports strategic initiatives, partnership development, and operational excellence, with a strong commitment to community service and advancing equitable opportunities.

  • Kayla May-Bolio Zaritz

    SECRETARY

    Extensive experience in administrative management, organizational coordination, and operational support, ensuring compliance with governance standards, and facilitating effective communication across teams.
