Across Hendricks County and Central Indiana, working individuals and families — the invisible middle, often called ALICE households — are doing everything right and still falling behind. They earn too much to qualify for traditional assistance, and too little to keep pace with the cost of living.
This program was created to help people not just find work, but build long-term financial stability and confidence.
