WHY THIS PROGRAM EXISTS

The future belongs to the children we prepare today.

AI, automation, and emerging technology are reshaping every industry, but access to the skills and confidence to thrive in that future is still concentrated among families who can afford private tutoring and expensive enrichment programs.

The HR Nest Foundation believes the children of working families deserve the same head start — and that closing this gap early is one of the most powerful investments a community can make.

"When a child sees themselves as a builder of the future, everything changes."
